REGISTRATION:
Formal Course Registration will take place during IntroDUCKtion in July or Week of Welcome in September. As part of the registration process, Scholars are requested to note their preferences for Fall term courses and Colloquia. Note: the admissions process is not complete until these selections have been made and the form submitted. You will be asked to confirm your selection in May and will then be "pre-enrolled" in one course and one Colloquium before IntroDucktion opens. We encourage you to register as soon as you are eligible to do so. The SCS Website provides links to registration details for the courses College Scholars are required to take. It also explains how to determine your registration window, and shows where to find SCS courses on DuckWeb, the UO website that lists courses and allows you to register.

FIRST TERM REQUIREMENTS:
Students entering the College Scholars Program in the fall of 2008 are required to enroll in one of the 1-credit Colloquia for freshmen, and also in one of the 4-credit group satisfying courses specifically developed for College Scholars. Information about these courses will be posted on the SCS website. More information about SCS courses and registration will be sent to you in May.

HONORS HOUSING:
As a member of the Society of College Scholars, you are eligible to reside in Honors Housing - sections of the residence halls reserved exclusively for honors students. If you wish to take advantage of this opportunity, please fill out the appropriate information on your housing contract or contact the Housing Office directly at (541) 346-4277. Requests for Honors Housing will only be accepted through the third week of July, so follow through now to preserve this option.
